Thank you for choosing artisan-made!  As with anything handmade, products may vary slightly in color and/or size.    

Shipping & Local Pick-up

All orders are shipped via USPS within 5 business days.  Local pick-up is available and can be selected at check out.  If local pick-up is selected and your order needs to be shipped, you will be sent an invoice for shipping or your order will be canceled.  

Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it (like-new condition only) within 30 days by emailing hello@shopthemission.com

Unless your order arrived damaged, shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or defective items should be reported to us within 10 business days of purchase or receipt of the package. 

Cancellations

To cancel an order, please contact us at hello@shopthemission.com. If your order has not shipped, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note that if the order has shipped, we cannot authorize a cancellation.
